We accept returns of products within 30 days of the date you received your order, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
• Gift cards or promotional items (e.g., free gifts).
• Custom or personalized items.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

4. Return Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange as described in the Refund Policy below.

Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

3. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In certain circumstances, only partial refunds may be granted. This includes items that are:

• Returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Not in their original condition or are damaged for reasons not due to our error.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of receiving our approval email, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@plantagotchiworld.com and include your order number and details about the defect or issue.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@plantagotchiworld.com. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it, and you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
